Leisdear German Shepherds Leisdear German Shepherd is dedicated to the "Golden Middle" standard of the German Shepherd Dog.   I have spent years studying GSD books and visiting shows and kennels. I finally had the opportunity to actually start my dream and bought my first breed quality GSD in the summer of 2004. German Shepherds are my hobby and passion, they are not a business, I do not profit from my dogs.  I continue to learn everyday and am committed to raising and competing with dogs from the best bloodlines world wide.  Activities we currently participate or plan to participate in are AKC/WDA/USA/UKC/FCI Conformation, Agility, Obedience (including Rally) Canine Good Citizen, Temperament testing, Schutzhund and Herding. Someday in the future Leisdear German Shepherds plans to reside on a large sheep farm and live how a German Shepherd was truly born to live...tending sheep. Love those South African Dorpers!
